Gut trascriptome of Dicentrarchus labrax fed with nanoplastics. Dicentrarchus labrax

We aimed to investigate whether and how the oral intake of nanoplastics altered the gut functions of European seabass. For this, fish were fed daily a diet containing 0.25 g of 50 nm polystyrene nanoplastics per kg of fed during 21 days. A group fed with commercial diet alone served as control. 3 individuals of each group were used as biological replicates. Gut was dissected and processed for RNAseq study.
