The Use of Artificial Intelligence as a Clinical Simulation Tool in Nutrition Education: A Scoping Review

This scoping review aims to systematically map and characterize the use of artificial intelligence applied to clinical simulation and nutrition education. The review will identify the volume, nature, and characteristics of relevant studies published between 2000 and 2025 across key open-access databases. The study follows PRISMA-ScR guidelines, with clear inclusion and exclusion criteria, a structured search strategy, and systematic selection and data extraction methods. This protocol outlines the objectives, methods, and planned analysis, ensuring transparency and replicability in the synthesis of evidence on AI-driven clinical education tools.
