Full cost, hour by hour: reproduction files for a system-model check of Nøland (2026)

Code, input data, solved networks and result tables for the report "Full cost, hour by hour: a system-model check of Nøland (2026) on nuclear, onshore wind and floating offshore wind in Norway" (Khem R. Gautam, NORCE, 2026). NORCE report no. 19-2026, ISBN 978-82-8408-463-3. The study puts the costs of Nøland (2026), "Fullkostnad", unchanged into an hourly capacity-expansion model of Norway built with PyPSA and PyPSA-Eur: five price zones NO1–NO5 as an island, year 2040, 40 TWh more flat demand, today's hydro, wind and grid. The model chooses the cheapest mix of nuclear, onshore wind, floating offshore wind, hydro upgrades, batteries and grid between zones. The package contains all 32 solved runs (base case, 14 sensitivity cases, 3 stress tests, reference runs and an inflow-timing correction), the scripts to rebuild and check them, the result tables used in the report, and both versions of the report: the main report and the report with all comments and calculations.
