Pre-computed lookup tables (LUTs) for the SPIRES (SPectral Inversion of REflectance from Snow) algorithm. These LUTs are generated using Mie-scattering theory and model snow reflectance across varying conditions:- Snow grain sizes- Dust concentrations - Solar zenith angles- Spectral bands (MODIS and Sentinel-2) Contents:1. lut_HLSS30_b1to13_3um_dust.mat (105 MB) - Lookup table for Harmonized Landsat Sentinel2. lut_modis_b1to7_3um_dust.mat (562 MB) - Lookup table for MODIS3. lut_oli_b1to7_3um_dust.mat (59.9 MB) - Lookup table for Lansat OLI4. lut_sentinel2b_b2to12_3um_dust.mat (70 MB) - Lookup table for Sentinel-2B bands 2-12 with dust parameters (9 bands) These tables enable rapid spectral unmixing to retrieve snow properties (grain size, dust concentration, fractional snow-covered area) from satellite imagery without re-computing radiative transfer models.
