Temporally corrected long-term satellite solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence (SIF) dataset (1995-2018)
收藏资源简介:
This dataset provides global monthly satellite solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence (SIF) data during July 1995 to December 2018 with a spatial resolution of 0.05 degree. This dataset was generated based on the temporal correction, spatially downscaling and multi-sensor fusion procedures. Compared with the results from ground flux sites, the long-term trend of this SIF product has a much better performance than current widely-used SIF datasets. This dataset could be beneficial for the estimation of global terrestrial carbon fluxes and for the projection of future climates.
Using this dataset requires the citation of this paper (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.isprsjprs.2022.10.018). If you plan to use our data in a manuscript, you must inform us of your analysis and publication plans well in advance of submission of a paper, give us an opportunity to read and intellectually contribute to the manuscript, and, if appropriate, offer co-authorship. Contact: Songhan Wang (wangsonghan@njau.edu.cn) and Yongguang Zhang (yongguang_zhang@nju.edu.cn)
Data format: netcdf.
