Data collected on the acceptance of plant-based foods in Canada

This file includes data collected through online surveys on the acceptance of plant-based meat substitutes in Canada. The objective of the study was to assess consumers' willingness to adopt plant-based meat substitutes. Data is cleaned and scales are reversed where needed.
