资源简介:
Carbonyl reductase 1 (CBR1) participates in various cellular processes, such as signal transduction, apoptosis, carcinogenesis, and drug resistance. Previous studies showed that ovarian cancer progresses slowly in female patients highly expressing human CBR1 (hCBR1). To further elucidate how CBR1 works in vivo, we generated transgenic mice overexpressing 3xFLAG-tagged mouse Cbr1 (3xFLAG-mCbr1). Two lines of transgenic mice were generated (Tg7 and Tg15), Tg15 expresses 3xFLAG-mCbr1 in various tissues and Tg7 specifically expresses 3xFLAG-mCbr1 in heart. NGS performed to identify the location and copy number of the inserted chromosome and to check whether it was inserted into the coding region of another protein. Each gDNA was extracted from the tailpiece of mouse.
