Chromosome-level genome of Shinkaia crosnieri reveals dual adaption in deep-sea hydrothermal vent and methane seep

Here, we sequenced the whole genome of S. crosnieri from the Formosa Ridge methane seep (MS) in the South China Sea, presenting the first crustacean genome from deep-sea chemosynthetic ecosystem.
