This repository contains the data, code and figure to reproduce results from our study titled “Accessibility-equality dynamics in urban blue and green spaces reshape human wellbeing”. Code files - "01_GBRT_PDP.py" replicates the correlation analysis, and produces Figure 2. - "02_Bayesian_hierarchical_model" replicates the contribution and sensitivity analysis, and is the prerequisite for the priority analysis. - "03_Priority" replicates the priority analysis, and produces Figure 4, Extended Data Fig. 4 and Supplementary Figure S5-S12. - "04_City_bootstrap" replicates the uncertainty analysis, and produces Extended Data Fig. 6a. - "05_Time_bootstrap" replicates the uncertainty analysis, and produces Extended Data Fig. 6b. - "06_Empirical model.do" replicates the emperical analysis. Data files - "07_Data_year_2020.dta" records the data in year 2020. - "08_Base_period_panel.dta" records the data in base period (2000-2020). - "07_SSP_panel.dta" records the data in SSP senarios (2030-2100). Figure files - "fig.zip": All the figures appearing in the main text and SI are provided in vector format in this file. Policy tookit platform The interactive visualisation platform "Spatiotemporal Dynamics and Scenario-Based Assessment of Urban Blue–Green Space Accessibility, Equality, and Public Wellbeing in China" developed by our research team can be accessed at http://222.79.105.231:9000/. The development code of the webpage can be viewed by opening the developer tools while browsing the webpage.
