ECOTRAN end-to-end ecosystem model suite describing the inner shelf, mid-shelf, and outer shelf ecosystems during the 2004 - 2015 period as well as the mid-shelf ecosystem in the low jellyfish (2004 - 2007) and high jellyfish (2009 - 2014) periods. File "SupplementalMaterial-EBS-08282018.docx" is a text description of information sources used to build the ECOTRAN models. File "SupplementalMaterial-ModelParameters-EBS-08282018.xlsx" is the parameter set for each model. The data are presented as five CSV files representing the Eastern Bering Sea (ESB) inner, mid and outer shelf ecosystems.
