A genotyping of maize landraces from Morelos, Mexico, that have been conserved for 50 years apart in situ and ex situ. Accessions were originally sampled in the 70s and since mantained at the CIMMYT genebank. Fifty years later, we tracked the same seed lots in farmer fields and we sampled them. The two paired batches (in situ, ex situ) were genotyped via RAD-sequencing and compared in the study from McLean-Rodriguez et al, 2020
