GlycoGenes Matrix: Drug-Induced Liver Cancer Cell RNA-seq Data of Glycogenes

Glycogenes from the RNA-seq data of drug-stimulated liver cancer cells. Pipeline processing and expression quantification of the assembled SRA data were conducted using ikra. GENCODE Human Release 31 (GRCh38.p12) was used as the reference genome. The SRR number of the SRA was specified and used to download the data from the archive site. The adapter sequences were then trimmed, read counts were performed, and normalization was carried out as scaled TPM data. SRA data were collected from 139 liver cancer cells, including controls, treated with various drugs, yielding a total of 86 data sets. In the public database, a total of 13 datasets were available for various liver cancer cell types stimulated with a range of substances, including drugs, inhibitors, and proteins.
