Two populations of Blattella germanica were kept in control conditions and three populations were treated with kanamycin (0.2mg/mL) in three periods of 10 days. In between these periods, they were kept in control conditions in periods of 25 days. We dissected the hindgut of one cockroach of each population every day. The experiment was 105 days long. Then, we sequenced the 16S rRNA genes of the samples.
