Coefficient for Approximated Gaussian Q Function through Gradient Based Optimization

The creater and contributer through their research have found out the coefficients for the approximated form of the Gaussian Q function as a sum of exponentials.  The data sent has four columns. The first represent the number of terms used denoted by "N". The second column represent the right hand value or the right end point denoted by "RHV". For each value of N, for a given RHV we have provided different values of coefficients. The range of RHV varies from 1 to 20, with a step size of 0.1. This a detailed and exhaustive data set is produces by the researchers. The last two column presents the 'a_'n and 'b_n', the coefficients.
