Maximum fees buyers are willing to pay for returns in France 2022, by order value

Online shoppers in France were willing to pay a maximum of 6.3 euros to return an e-commerce purchase valued at 150 euros. For orders of 15 euros, French e-shoppers were willing to pay a maximum fee of 3.8 euros to return their online purchases. However, most online shoppers in France (61 percent) believed that online retailers should bear the cost of online returns.
