Bacterial communities were analysed in bulk soil, rhizosphere, rhizoplane and root endosphere of Miscanthus x giganteus grown in greenhouse under heavy metal stress. The aim was to analyse bacterial structure in beforementioned rhizocompartments and detect bacterial indicators of heavy metal contamination.
