该数据集来自于本项目筛选的两种对不同的新冠病毒抗原具有高亲和力和高中和活性的中和抗体(F61和H121)的保护效果研究,其中包含小鼠生存率及体重变化曲线。对于新冠病毒Delta变异株攻毒动物的体重和死亡率监测,每天记录小鼠的体重变化和疾病的临床症状,直到对照组中的所有小鼠死亡。体重减轻大于或等于初始体重25%的小鼠被安乐死。在实验结束时,单克隆抗体给药组的所有剩余动物都接受了过量异氟醚并被人道安乐死。结果表明两种中和抗体均有优异的保护作用。所述数据通过小动物体重秤上采集获得,采集时间为2021年10月-12月,采集地点为中国疾病预防控制中心病毒病预防控制所。
This dataset is derived from a study evaluating the protective efficacy of two neutralizing antibodies (F61 and H121) with high binding affinity and potent neutralizing activity against various SARS-CoV-2 antigens, which were screened in this project. It includes survival rates and body weight change curves of mice. For animals challenged with SARS-CoV-2 Delta variant, body weight and mortality were monitored: the body weight changes and clinical disease signs of mice were recorded daily until all mice in the control group perished. Mice with body weight loss of ≥25% of their initial body weight were humanely euthanized. At the end of the experiment, all remaining animals in the monoclonal antibody treatment groups were administered an overdose of isoflurane and then humanely euthanized. The results indicate that both neutralizing antibodies exhibit excellent protective efficacy. The data were collected using a small animal weighing scale between October and December 2021 at the National Institute for Viral Disease Control and Prevention, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
