Raw 16S rRNA gene sequencing data of shrimp gut microbiota

This dataset contains raw sequencing data obtained from 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing of shrimp gut microbiota samples. The data were generated using the Illumina MiSeq platform and are provided to support the findings of the manuscript titled “Development of an In Vitro Culture System for Simulating the Shrimp Gut Microbiota and Application in Investigating the Regulation of Microbial Communities by Probiotic-Derived Extracellular Vesicles.” The dataset is made available to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and compliance with journal data policies.
