CT-LabSTAF continous FLC from M187 in 2023

CT-LabSTAF M187 25 Jan – 04 March 2023 Sount Atlantic LabSTAF deployments during M187 primarily focused on FLC protocol comparison, we here provide data from one instrument run with a consistent protocol throughout the cruise. The instrument was run in Auto-FLC mode and PEP and DWM were automatically run and applied before each FLC. Data from other instruments and data collected on CTD-rosette profiles and during nutrient addition experiments can be made available upon request. The folder raw_rsf contains raw rsf files and extracted data for the two filaments sampled during he cruise. The folder auxiliary contains a folder the cruise report, the cruise track and a folder with all blank measurements.
