International Tomato Genome Sequencing Consortium - RNASeq in tomato var Heinz - SOLiD sequencing

The sample included in this study was used to annotate the tomato reference genome built by the International Tomato Genome Sequencing Consortium. A strand-specific library was prepared from equimolar amounts of total RNA from different tomato tissues. These included young leaves, old leaves, roots, stemps, flowers at different developmental stages and fruit at different developmental stages. The sample was sequenced in a SOLiD platform.
