资源简介:

This dataset focuses on the characterization of tall oil-based polyols intended for the development of Michael donor and acceptor precursors. The synthesis of the polyolsconsisted of two main stages. In the first stage, epoxy groups were introduced into the chemical structure of tall oil fatty acids through epoxidation of carbon–carbon double bonds. In the second stage, the oxirane rings were opened and esterification reactions were performed with various alcohols, including 1,4-butanediol, trimethylolpropane, and glycerol. Tall oil fatty acids were epoxidized using the acidic ion-exchange resin Amberlite IR-120 H as a catalyst and in situ generated peracetic acid from acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide. In addition, enzyme-catalyzed epoxidation was investigated as an alternative approach.
