This dataset contains baseline-corrected SORS spectra acquired from perigonadal white adipose tissue (gWAT) in a murine model of atherosclerosis, heart failure, and high-fat diet (HFD)-induced obesity. The data were collected as part of a research project funded by the National Science Centre (OPUS 17 (no. 2019/33/B/ST4/00878 to A.K.), PRELUDIUM 20 (no. 2021/41/N/ST4/03701 to Z.M.)) and support the publication of the article titled "Spatially Offset Raman Spectroscopy toward In Vivo Assessment of the Adipose Tissue in Cardiometabolic Pathologies."
