Proteomic dataset of cryopreserved sperm from Nelore bulls (Bos indicus)

The objective of this study was to characterize the proteome of cryopreserved sperm from Nelore bulls (Bos indicus). Proteomic results were correlated with sperm kinematic subpopulations.
The data is organized into individual files corresponding to each bull, containing protein identification and quantification data from thawed sperm samples.
