资源简介:
The 19 cells confined in the Arbin chambers follow a cycle consisting of a charging phase followed by a discharging phase. For the charging phase, the cells are recharged according to several charging policies: normal charge, i.e., nominal charging current announced by the manufacturer, fast charge, i.e., maximum charging current announced by the manufacturer.Discharge is carried out according to the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Cycle (WLTC) driving cycle. The standard WLTC is used to assess the performances of light-duty vehicles, particularly electric vehicles, and to measure electric range. This procedure proposes different types of WLTC cycles,on the vehicle class tested (class 1, 2, 3). For each class of vehicle, the driving cycle in the form of speed profiles is divided into several sections representing different driving environments: in built-up areas, outside built-up areas, and on freeways. These driving cycles are shared on the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe.Using an electric vehicle traction model, these cycles were transformed into power cycles, which were used to derive current-normalized setpoint cycles, allowing the cells to be charged or discharged according to the original driving cycles (images of current normalized speed and equivalent cycles). The current intensity of these cycles was then adapted to match the cells' discharge capacity, to achieve accelerated cell degradation.A healthcheck cycle consisting of charging and discharging the battery at a constant current is used to monitor the battery's state of health. This procedure is performed every $6$ driving cycles on the battery. The goal is to generate data that will enable to differentiate the impact of battery temperature conditioning (25, 35, 45), as well as recharging speed (i.e., recharging current intensity) on premature battery degradation. Driving cycles are used to simulate real-life use of the battery in an electric vehicle and to obtain degradation curves in this perspective.
