Ways children stay in touch with friends in Germany 2022, by age group

Children in Germany aged six to 13 years had various ways to keep in touch with friends. In 2022, the youngest age group in the survey, aged six to seven years, preferred to go by each other's home for a visit. Meanwhile, around 36 percent of children aged 12 to 13 years stayed in touch via text messaging.
