miRNA expression profiling of human gastric cancer cell lines with or without HDACi vorinostat treatment

To investigate whether microRNAs (miRNAs) were induced by histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACi) in human gastric cancer cells, the miRNA-seq was used to screen differentially expressed miRNAs in two human gastric cancer cell lines (HGC-27 and AGS) treated with the HDACi vorinostat (SAHA) or vehicle (DMSO). The human gastric cancer cell lines (HGC-27 and AGS) were treated with SAHA (5 µM) or vehicle (DMSO) for 24 hours. Then, we extracted total RNA from the cells and miRNA-seq was performed.
