This dataset is generated by the Jingzhou District Finance Bureau of Jingzhou City while discharging its statutory duties entrusted by the district government, which include reporting on fiscal budget, implementation, final accounts and other relevant matters to the Jingzhou District People's Congress and its Standing Committee, as well as being responsible for the public disclosure of district-level budget and final accounts. It contains information such as project names and expenditure amounts, and can be used to analyze the actual expenditure of government-managed funds in Jingzhou District in the current fiscal year, classified by functional category.
