NRS-9644 | Auditors' Reports on Shire, Municipal and County Councils' Statement of accounts

The Local Government Act, 1919 (ss 210-211) requires that the council's auditor shall submit reports to the Minister. Reports were made six-monthly and annually. The reports, and correspondence between the Minister, the council, and the council's auditor, arising out of the reports, were kept in separate bundles for each council.
