Dataset: "Technical Optimization of SyntheticMR for the Head and Neck on a 3T MR-Simulator and 1.5T MR-Linac: A Prospective R-IDEAL Stage 2a Technology Innovation Report"

For the paper "Technical Optimization of SyntheticMR for the Head and Neck on a 3T MR-Simulator and 1.5T MR-Linac: A Prospective R-IDEAL Stage 2a Technology Innovation Report " found at:This dataset contains the phantom and healthy volunteer data in NIfTI format for the SyntheticMR acquisitions on both the MR-Simulator and MR-Linac. The phantom data has segmentations for different subsets of the images due to differences in setup across acquisitions. The code to read this correctly can be found at: https://github.com/Lucas-Mc/SyntheticMR_R-IDEAL_2a. The healthy volunteer data has segmentations for the left parotid, right parotid, left submandibular, and right submandibular gland. The MR-Simulator healthy volunteer data with have a "rep_1" and "rep_2" folder for "vol_1" which indicates different acquisition repetitions for the same subject. The SyntheticMR quantitative T1, T2, and PD maps will be in the "#_SYMAPS" folder or, if not, can be found as "SYMAPS_PD.nii.gz", "SYMAPS_T1.nii.gz", and "SYMAPS_T2.nii.gz", respectively.
