Differentially expressed transcripts in comparison of cv Leccino vs Ogliarola salentina infected by Xylella fastidiosa. Each unique transcript is categorized by MapMan and Log2Fold expression values calculated by DESeq2 analysis. Transcript categorization was further verified by BLASTX search against nr database.
