SPME-GC-MS analyses of air samples in working indoor environments

Each SPME fiber (PDMD and CAR/PDMS) was exposed to the air for 30 min at room temperature in two different areas of the manufacturing factory: in the mixing painting chamber (zone A) and the engine painting area (zone B). The sampling was carried out with the factory active and running (system ON) and with the factory switched off (system OFF).  Zone A: mixing painting chamber; Zone B: engine painting area  System ON; System OFF  SPME fiber: CAR/PDMS (85 µm carboxen/polydimethylsiloxane); PDMS (100 µm polydimethylsiloxane)
