基于开源数据的公共安全风险事件库

涵盖了8大领域的风险事件数据：社会治安、涉恐活动、公共卫生、民族宗教、地缘争斗、战争、国家政局和自然灾害事件数据，数据量达千万级。同时结合不同事件的数据特征和实际业务场景，运用大数据、大模型处理能力，为每个领域的风险事件提炼了丰富多维的事件要素，支持对事件规律的深度分析。可用于反映海外安全风险形势，为我国驻外机构、海外侨胞等提供实时安全风险预警提示，帮助提升海外人员的安全意识，降低安全事件对我国海外工程和驻外人员造成重大损失的风险。

This dataset covers risk event data across 8 major domains: social security, terrorism-related activities, public health, ethnic and religious affairs, geopolitical conflicts, wars, national political dynamics, and natural disasters, with a total of tens of millions of records. Leveraging big data and large language model (LLM) processing capabilities based on the data characteristics of various events and actual business scenarios, it has extracted rich and multi-dimensional event elements for risk events in each domain, enabling in-depth analysis of event patterns. This dataset can be used to reflect the overseas security risk landscape, provide real-time security risk alerts and reminders for Chinese overseas institutions, overseas Chinese nationals and other relevant stakeholders, help improve the safety awareness of overseas personnel, and reduce the risk of substantial losses incurred by China's overseas projects and stationed personnel due to security incidents.
