To test the role of TBP in promoting chromatin accessibility through the cell cycle, we performed ATAC-seq analysis. As starting material for ATAC-seq, we used asynchronous mouse embryonic stem cells or Nocodazole-synchronized mitotic ES cells before and after TBP degradation.
