Dataset Description This dataset is a streamlined version of the original dataset published at https://zenodo.org/records/7568716. It retains only a subset of columns relevant for integration with other datasets in our workflow. The included columns are: MimoBaseID: Unique identifier for each record decimalLatitude and decimalLongitude: Geographic coordinates of the observation SpeciesEdited and GenusEdited: Original taxonomic identification NewName – Updated species name reflecting recent taxonomic revisions The "New Name" column was added to facilitate consistent taxonomic matching across datasets, especially when integrating sources that rely on outdated nomenclature. Keeping both the original and updated names supports reproducibility and traceability within our analytical framework.
