Dataset for "Label-free quantitative 3D mapping of collagen architecture by holotomography"

This dataset contains representative example data used to generate selected main figures in the manuscript “Label-free quantitative 3D mapping of collagen architecture by holotomography.” The files include example holotomography image data and processed outputs for visualization and quantitative analysis of collagen architecture. They are provided to support reproducibility of representative figure panels and to illustrate the analysis workflow. Full datasets are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
