This accession contains 2,844 observations collected as part of Integrated Global Ocean Service System (IGOSS). The bathythermograph (XBT) data was collected between October 2, 1990 to November 1, 1990. The data were sent from the cruise ship to the Ocean Products Center, Camp Springs, MD via telecommunication. This data was submitted by Mr. William D. Newell to NODC.
