We have performed an analysis of a small series of UC patients in order to analyze their characteristics and patterns of response and resistance to inmunotherapy Overall design: Bladder FFPE samples from patients diagnosed with bladder cancer were studied by GeneChip Human Transcriptome array (HTA2.0) Arrays (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA). They were treated with pembrolizumab (MK-3475) and comparisons between responders and progressors were carried out.
