A transcriptomic axis predicts state modulation of cortical interneurons

This data release contains the in vivo neural recordings (using two-photon calcium imaging) and post-hoc transcriptomic information for &gt;1000 inhibitory cells in mouse primary visual cortex. This data consists in 4 animals and 17 recording sessions, during spontaneous activity and presentation of visual stimuli (drifting gratings, natural images). <br>DatasetTypes.xlsx provides useful information about the dataset. <br>If you use these data in a paper, please cite the original research paper, as well as this dataset using the figshare doi.<br>
