Accession IDs and simulated reads for ReSeT manuscript

This repository contains all of the accession ids used to obtain the results in our manuscript, as well as the reads and information on the reads that we simulated. The folders are structured, separating results for different experiments. For difficulty-stratified experiments, we provide a file listing all of the accessions that were used to generate the reads. For the Dirichlet-distributed experiments, we provide a similar manifest for each sample, listing the accessions used as well as additional information required to simulate the samples.
