Transcriptomic analysis shows the antifungal mechanism of eugenol against Fusarium solani.

Research has shown that eugenol has antifungal activity, but its core mechanism and targets are still unclear. Transcriptomic methods were used to explore the possible antifungal mechanism of eugenol against Fusarium solani, analyze transcriptomic differences, and focus on exploring the key pathways through which eugenol affected F. solani. This work will provide experimental evidence for the discovery of new antifungal targets and the potential of eugenol as an antifungal drug.
