Next-Generation Sequencing of Bursa of Fabricius of chicken co-infected with Infectious Bursal disease virus and Newcastle disease virus

This project contains next-generation sequencing data generated from Bursa of Fabricius collected from a chicken (Gallus gallus). The data were generated to support the detection and genomic characterization of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) and infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) present in the sample.
