Partial tumor irradiation combining low dose radiation with high dose radiation within the same tumor mass would prompt an antitumor effect when combined with immunomodulators. Partial irradiations (50%/50%) of subcutaneous MC38 tumors with millimetric precision to deliver low dose radiation (2Gy) and high dose radiation (16Gy) within the same tumor was performed and single-cell RNA sequencing of CD45+ cells analysis was done in both the two part of the tumor to identify tumor-infiltrating immune cells. Overall design: scRNA-seq datas of CD45+ cells from subcutaneous MC38 tumors from control mice (Ctrl, 4 replicates, total tumor irradiation (TI) at 2 Gy (TI2, 2 replicates) or 16 Gy (TI16, 2 replicates) or partial irradiations (PI) (50%/50%) either 16Gy/0Gy (PI16/0, 2 replicates) or 16Gy/2Gy (PI16/2, 2 replicates). A total of 16 samples is included in this study.
