Spatial proteomic profiling reveals conserved prognostic immune microenvironment features across molecular subtypes in small cell lung cancer

Protein expression profiles of 72 regions of interest: 72 anatomically discrete regions of interest (ROIs) from six small cell lung cancer (SCLC) patients (three with NE-high tumors and three with NE-low tumors) were pathologist-annotated covering the central tumor (CT), invasive margin (IM) and peri-tumoral (PT) regions. Protein expression profiles of 78 central tumor-specific regions of interest: 78 central tumor(CT)-specific regions of interest (ROIs) were obtained from 27 small cell lung cancer (SCLC) patients.
