地震灾害遥感监测案例数据集包含2008-2023年国内多场典型地震灾害遥感影像数据,以及灾区损毁建筑物、居民地、道路、桥梁等承灾体损毁程度等信息。
数据集中包括可见光、微波雷达等多模态遥感影像,以及地震烈度数据、数字地形模型等数据源。基于地理学、灾害学知识、结合专家解译经验提取承灾体,及其损毁程度信息,并构建深度学习样本数据集,迭代训练、不断优化深度学习模型。在地震灾害应急监测中,对灾前、灾后遥感影像开展变化检测,快速识别,并提取承灾体位置、范围以及损毁程度信息。该数据集为地震应急遥感监测提供了信息支持,为地震灾害评估提供有效的数据模板。为地震灾害的应急响应和灾后重建提供科学依据和技术支撑。
The Case Dataset for Remote Sensing Monitoring of Earthquake Disasters contains remote sensing image data of multiple typical earthquake disasters in China from 2008 to 2023, as well as information on the damage degrees of hazard-affected bodies such as damaged buildings, residential areas, roads, and bridges in the disaster-stricken areas.
The dataset includes multi-modal remote sensing images such as visible light and microwave radar, as well as data sources like earthquake intensity data and digital terrain models (DTMs). Based on the knowledge of geography and disaster science and expert interpretation experience, hazard-affected bodies and their damage degree information are extracted, and a deep learning sample dataset is constructed for iterative training and continuous optimization of deep learning models. In emergency monitoring of earthquake disasters, change detection is conducted on pre- and post-disaster remote sensing images to quickly identify and extract the location, scope, and damage degree information of hazard-affected bodies. This dataset provides information support for emergency remote sensing monitoring of earthquakes, offers effective data templates for earthquake disaster assessment, and supplies scientific basis and technical support for earthquake emergency response and post-disaster reconstruction.
