Several Candida parapsilosis isolates were tested for Fluconazole and Anidulafungin resistance (via Etest and CLSI) and subsequently sequenced. The majority of the samples were identifed as susceptible but some were also identifed as resistant or intermediate. WGS of the genomes was performed via Illumina NovaSeq X+.
