NRS-21120 | Discharge register [Metropolitan Girls' Shelter]

This series is a register of discharges which records outgoing children from Metropolitan Girls' Shelter.The format of each register is a week to a page, sorted by week ending, with individual entries made chronologically by discharge date. Details recorded include date of discharge, name, date of birth, age, SC 108 number, indication of type of discharge (e.g. transfer, hospital, leave), to whom discharged (name and relationship), and address. There is space at the bottom of each page to note the number of discharges in each category. Each page was signed and dated by the superintendent of the home.
