Mouse model is an indispensable tool for the investigation of atopic dermatitis (AD). Although there are several mouse models available, the uncertainty of their similarity with human AD blurs their scientific values. Comprehensive evaluation of the characteristics of mouse models and their similarity with human AD is a pressing need.To compare six different exogenous agents-induced AD mouse models and find out the optimum models for AD study.
