Ischemic stroke is a common cerebral vascular disease with high mortality and disability caused by insufficient cerebral perfusion or blockage of blood vessels. The molecular mechanisms of ischemic injury on photothrombosis-induced zebrafish stroke model have not been studied. We chose 6 h / 12 h / 24 h to detect telencephalon injury of zebrafish and applied RNA-seq to analysis the underlying pathology progression at different stage with photothrombotic stroke.
