Environmental baseline data in abyssal plain off Minami Torishima based on megafauna occurrence obtained from the 2022 cruise

SIP Ocean program conducted the research cruises for technical development and data collection of baseline condition in deep-sea environments off Minami Torishima. This data set contains occurrence of megafauna recorded by video cameras of Edokko Mark 1, which were deployed on the seafloor in the 2022 cruise (KR22-01C, YK22-08C). Three cameras with different angles (upper, middle, lower) have been installed within Eodokko Mark 1, and data for each camera is described.

SIP 海洋计划针对南鸟岛附近深海环境的技术开发与基础状况数据收集开展了考察航次。本数据集收录了由 Edokko Mark 1 型摄像机记录的大型海洋生物出现情况，这些摄像机于 2022 年航次（KR22-01C，YK22-08C）部署于海底。Eodokko Mark 1 内部安装了三个不同角度（上方、中部、下方）的摄像机，每个摄像机的数据均有详细描述。
