Cortical Vessel Tracking with Infrared Thermography

Cortical vessel paths and temperatures for 13 patients across 30 seconds. Vessel paths are described by a series of coordinates representing the x and y positions of each point across time. Each coordinate has a corresponding vessel temperature which is measured in degrees Celsius. Code used for segmenting the vessel midlines is also included (vsegment.m).
